      探讨全钢载重子午线轮胎三角胶挤出方式,分析三角胶生产中易出现的病象原因并提出相应解决措施。全钢载重子午线轮胎三角胶采用强制式挤出可满足结构设计要求,提高生产效率;严格控制设备精度和工艺可解决三角胶破边、尺寸不合格和复合面脱层等问题,改善三角胶质量。
英文摘要:
      This paper discussed the extruding methods of apex for truck and bus radial tire,analyzed the causes of symptoms in the production of apex and put forward the corresponding solutions.The forced extrusion could meet the structural design requirements of apex and improved the production efficiency,and the strict control of equipment precision and process could solve the problems of apex such as edge breaking,size disqualification and delamination of compound surface,and improve the quality of apex.
