This paper discussed the extruding methods of apex for truck and bus radial tire,analyzed the causes of symptoms in the production of apex and put forward the corresponding solutions.The forced extrusion could meet the structural design requirements of apex and improved the production efficiency,and the strict control of equipment precision and process could solve the problems of apex such as edge breaking,size disqualification and delamination of compound surface,and improve the quality of apex. |
