| 研究不同牌号氯丁橡胶（CR）、补强填料、增塑剂和阻燃剂对时速350 km中国标准动车组车内布线橡胶软管性能的影响。结果表明：在布线橡胶软管胶料配方中，采用CRSN32和顺丁橡胶为主体材料、炭黑N550为补强剂、增塑剂TP-95为增塑剂、阻燃剂FR-66为阻燃剂，胶料具有优良的混炼性能和挤出工艺性能，且能够满足高速动车组对车内布线橡胶软管物理性能、耐低温性能和阻燃性能的要求。 |

| The effects of different grades of neoprene（CR），reinforcing fillers，plasticizers and flame retardants on the properties of rubber hose for interior wiring of 350 km·h-1 china standard EMU were investigated.The results show that，in the wiring rubber hose compound formula，using CRSN32 and butadiene rubber as the main material，carbon black N550 as the reinforcing agent，adding plasticizer TP-95 and flame retardant FR-66, the compound had excellent mixing performance and extrusion process performance，and could meet the requirements of high-speed EMU for the physical properties，low temperature resistance and flame retardant property of the rubber hose for interior wiring. |
