| 介绍中国石油新疆独山子石化公司乙烯厂年生产能力为18万t的丁苯橡胶（SBR）装置生产线的运行优化措施。针对生产中存在的设备故障和设计缺陷问题，通过对聚合釜搅拌器底部轴承、后处理干燥机筒体设计，如材质、压力控制系统和引发剂插底管等进行改造，SBR装置生产运行优化，有效避免装置非计划停工，循环等异常情况，检修频率降低，实现了装置长周期运行，增产增效。 |

| The operation optimization measures for the production line of SBR unit with an annual production capacity of 180 000 t in the ethylene plant of petrochina dushanzi petrochemical company were introduced.Aiming at the problems of equipment failure and design defect in production process，the design of bottom bearing of agitator and barrel of post-treatment dryer for polymerizer were reformed，such as material，pressure control system and primer insertion tube.The operation of SBR unit was optimized，the unplanned shutdown，cycle and other abnormal conditions of device were effectively avoided，the frequency of maintenance was reduced，the long-term operation of the uint was achieved，the production and efficiency were increased. |
