| The automation of solid tire curing process using a robotic system was studied.By using robotic loading and unloading technology in solid tire curing process,multiple curing machines could be operated by a single person,and the automation of mold changing,mold locking and tire loading and unloading were achieved.With the automatic operation of curing process,the production efficiency was improved,and the effect of man-operation on product quality was reduced. |
