介绍矿山用425/65R22. 5宽基全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 126 mm,断面宽 441 mm,行驶面宽度 356mm,行驶面弧度高 14. 5mm,胎圈着合直径 569. 4mm,胎圈着合宽度 355 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1. 002,采用横向大块曲折花纹沟设计,花纹深度 24 mm,花纹饱和度 62%,花纹周节数 33。施工设
计:胎面采用大分层加贴缓冲胶片设计;胎体采用3+9+15×0. 20ST钢丝帘线;带束层采用3层加0°结构设计,1#和2#带束层采用3+9+15×0. 22+0. 15NT钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0. 30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0. 20HE钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,1 651 mm(65英寸)热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

The design on 425/65R22. 5 wide-base truck and bus tire for mine was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 126 mm,cross-sectional width 441 mm,width of running surface 356 mm,arc height of running surface 14. 5,bead diameter at rim seat 569. 4 mm,bead width at rim seat 355,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1. 002,the
large transverse zigzag pattern groove design for tread,pattern depth 24 mm,block/total ratio 62%,and number of pattern pitches 33. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:large layered cushioning film for tread,3 + 9 + 15×0. 20ST steel cord for carcass,the belt layer designed with 3 layers
plus 0° structure design,3+9+15×0. 22+0. 15NT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt layers,5×0. 30HI steel cord for 3# belt layer,3×7×0. 20HE steel cord for 0° belt layer;using one-time buliding machine to bulid tire,and 1 651 mm(65 inch) hot plate curing press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated perpheral dimension,strength property and durability met the requirements of design and national standards. |
