| The mechanism and test methods of protective wax frost in the vulcanizate were introduced.The test methods of protective wax frost mainly include visual inspection，wax film thickness calculation，wax film carbon number distribution analysis and protective wax crystal type analysis.Wax film with moderate thickness，uniform density and good protective effect should be formed on the surface of vulcanizate.The thickness of wax film could be determined by calculation，the uniformity and density of wax film could be determined by microscope observation，the appropriate carbon number distribution of protective wax could be determined by analyzing the carbon number distribution of wax film，and the frost resistance of protective wax could be determined by visual inspection. |
