      介绍中心销板式牵引装置的结构和原理,设计新型系统加载试验方案,研究牵引装置的纵向刚度、垂向刚度、横向刚度和耐疲劳性能,并与传统牵引橡胶堆组对试验进行分析对比。试验结果表明:试验设计与实际工况一致,系统加载试验能准确反映出牵引装置的力学性能;牵引装置的刚度小于牵引橡胶堆组对,且各项性能满足要求;试验研究成果可为牵引装置类产品的设计和试验提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The mechanical performance test of the traction device is an important means to improve the dynamic performance of the vehicle bogie. The structure and principle of a center pin plate type traction device are introduced. A new system loading test plan is designed. The longitudinal, vertical, lateral stiffness and fatigue performance of the traction device are studied, and the traditional traction rubber pile pair is applied. The test is compared and analyzed. The test results show that the test design is consistent with the actual working conditions. The system test can more accurately reflect the mechanical properties of the traction device, and the performance meets the requirements. At the same time, the stiffness of the traction device is less than the stiffness of the traction rubber pile. The experimental research results play a guiding role in the development and testing of traction device products.
