| 介绍多层钢丝绳芯橡胶输送带的结构和性能特点。多层钢丝绳芯橡胶输送带由上覆盖胶、上贴合胶、钢丝绳芯骨架层（至少两层）、芯胶、橡胶增强层、下贴合胶、下覆盖胶构成，钢丝绳芯骨架层之间钢丝绳相互对应或错开排列。与普通钢丝绳芯橡胶输送带相比，多层钢丝绳芯橡胶输送带的纵向拉伸强度较大，耐疲劳性能、抗冲击性能和抗刺扎性能较好，使用寿命较长。 |

| The property and structure of the multi-layer steel cord conveyor belt were introduced.The multi-layer steel cord conveyor belt consisted of top cover rubber，top adhesive compound，steel cord layer（at least two layers），reinforced rubber layer，bottom adhesive compound and bottom cover rubber.The steel cord layers were laid out in an overlapped or alternated arrangement.Compared with common steel cord conveyor belt，the tensile strength of the multi-layer steel cord conveyor belt was greater，the fatigue resistance，impact resistance and puncture resistance were better，and its service life was longer. |
