| 为充分发挥粘合增强型帆布作为V带包布的粘合性能优异的特点,对V带底胶、缓冲胶、帆布胶的配方进行优化:胶料主体材料均采用天然橡胶和顺丁橡胶并用,底胶主要添加助硫化体系及抗撕裂树脂,缓冲胶主要添加助硫化体系及间苯二酚长效粘合树脂,帆布胶主要添加高效耐磨剂和微晶蜡。胶料配方优化提高了V带粘合性能,大幅延长了V带疲劳寿命。 |

| In this study,the base compound,buffer compound and canvas compound of V-belt were optimized in order to take full advantage of the excellent adhesion property of adhesion-enhanced canvas as the V-belt fabric material.After the optimization,blends of natural rubber and butadiene rubber were selected as the rubber material for the compounds,co-curing additive and tear resistant resin were applied in the base compound,co-curing additive and resorcinol long-acting adhesive resin were adopted in the buffer compound,and highly-efficient anti-wear additive and microcrystalline wax were added in the canvas compound.With the optimized compounds,the adhesion between compounds and reinforcing material was greatly improved and the fatigue life of V-belt was significantly extended. |
