      介绍12R22.5 18PR GX58无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 094 mm,断面宽度 295 mm,行驶面宽度 250 mm,行驶面弧度高 8.8 mm,胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.838,花纹饱和度 72.68%,采用GX58型中心对称块状花纹。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块结构,胎体采用1层0. 25+6+12×0. 225HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用2层3+8×0. 33HT、1层5×0.35HI和1层3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,成型采用三鼓一次法成型机,硫化采用B型1 615 mm(65英寸)硫化机。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能达到设计或国家标准要求。

      This paper introduced the design of 12R22. 5 18PR GX58 tubeless all-steel truck and bus radial(TBR) tire. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 094 mm,cross-sectional width 295 mm,width of running surface 250 mm,arc height of running surface 8. 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569. 5 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0. 838,pattern block/total ratio 72. 68%,and with GX58 center symmetric block pattern. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:two- piece and two-formula tread,1 layer of 0. 25+6+12×0. 225HT steel cord for carcass ply,2 layers of 3+8×0. 33HT steel cord,1 layer of 5×0. 35HI steel cord and 1 layer of 3×7×0. 20HE steel cord for belt,using single stage three-drum forming machine to build tires,and 1 615 mm(65 inches) type B vulcanization machine to cure tires. The inflated peripheral dimension,strength property,endurance performance and high speed performance of the finished tire met the requirements of the design and national standards.
