探讨解决全钢载重子午线轮胎外胎与内胎粘连问题的方法,通过喷涂外胎胎里和浸泡内胎两种方式处理后进行实验室机床模拟试验。结果表明:硫化后进行外胎胎里内喷涂的外胎与内胎的分离效果优于硫化前进行胎坯胎里内喷涂;隔离剂JSH-NP-5048与水按4∶1质量比混合浸泡内胎,外胎与内胎的分离效果较佳。 |

The solution method for the adhesion problem between truck and bus radial tire and inner tube was discussed,and the laboratory machine tool simulation test was carried out after spraying tire inside and immersing inner tube.The results showed that the separating effect of tire and inner tube sprayed after vulcanization was better than that of inner tube sprayed before vulcanization,and the separating effect of tire and inner tube was good when the isolating agent JSH-NP-5048 and water were mixed according to the mass ratio of 4∶1 and inner tube was immersed. |
