      采用差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪对3个不溶性硫黄(HD OT20)样品的热稳定性进行研究,并根据热分析测试结果探讨其相应的密炼和压延工艺性能。结果表明:圣奥化学科技有限公司样品热稳定性最佳,能够承受的密炼和压延温度较高,其他两个不溶性硫黄样品热稳定性略差;在胶料加工过程中应注意控制混炼和压延温度,避免不溶性硫黄返原和喷霜。
英文摘要:
      The thermal stability of three insoluble sulfur(HD OT20) samples was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The processing properties of the insoluble sulfur in the mixing process and calendering process were analyzed according to the results of thermal analysis. The results showed that the thermal stability of the sample from Sinorgchem was the best,and its compound could be processed at higher temperature. During processing of the compound with insoluble sulfur,the mixing temperature and calendering temperature had to be precisely controlled in order to avoid reversion and blooming.
