      以间苯二酚(R)/六亚甲基四胺(H)为改性剂,采用机械力化学改性方法对胶粉进行改性,研究改性剂(R/H用量比为3/2)用量对改性胶粉胶料性能的影响,以及改性胶粉混炼胶用量对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:采用适量改性剂的420和178 μm改性胶粉胶料物理性能有所提高,420和178 μm胶粉的改性剂最佳用量分别为2和6份;添加适量改性胶粉混炼胶有利于提高胎面胶的耐磨性能,420和178 μm改性胶粉混炼胶在胎面胶中的最佳用量分别为20和10份。
英文摘要:
      The rubber powder was modified by using resorcinol(R)/hexamethylene tetramine(H) as a modifier and mechanical chemical modification method.The effect of modifier(R/H amount ratio was 3/2) amount on the properties of modified rubber powder compound was studied and the effect of amount of modified rubber powder compound on the properties of tread compound of TBR tire was investigated.The results showed that the physical properties of compound for rubber powders which had the particle size of 420 and 178 μm were improved with appropriate amount of the modifier.The optimum modifier amounts were 2 and 6 phr for 420 and 178 μm rubber powders,respectively.It was found that the wear resistance of the tread compound was improved with appropriate amount modified rubber powder compound,and the optimum amount of 420 and 178 μm rubber powders compound were 20 and 10 phr,respectively.
