      研究改性胶粉对氯丁橡胶(CR)性能的影响,并与无机填料轻质碳酸钙和滑石粉进行对比。结果表明:添加改性胶粉后,混炼胶的门尼粘度增大,硫化速度加快,硫化胶的耐热老化性能和耐水性能改善,虽然拉伸强度和耐低温性能有所降低,但下降幅度不大;与填充轻质碳酸钙和滑石粉的胶料相比,填充改性胶粉的胶料综合性能优异。改性胶粉可以作为黑色填料应用于CR橡胶制品胶料中。
英文摘要:
      The effect of modified rubber powder on the properties of chloroprene rubber(CR) compound was studied and compared with that of inorganic fillers such as light calcium carbonate and talc.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of the compound increased with the addition of modified rubber powder,vulcanization speed was accelerated,heat aging resistance and water resistance of the vulcanizates were improved,and tensile strength and low temperature resistance were slightly reduced,but descender was little. Compared with the compounds filled with light calcium carbonate or talc,the properties of the compound with the modified rubber powder were better.The modified rubber powder could be used as black filler in CR products.
