      在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶、胎体胶和胎圈包布胶中采用间苯二酚-甲醛树脂替代间苯二酚,并优化补强体系和硫化体系组分和用量。试验结果表明:配方优化后,胶料加工时冒烟现象减轻,工艺性能提高;胶料的物理性能和粘合性能、成品轮胎性能变化不大;轮胎生产成本略有降低。
英文摘要:
      In this study,resorcinol-formaldehyde resin was applied to replace resorcinol in the belt compound,carcass compound and chafer compound of TBR tire,and the reinforcing filler system and curing system were also optimized.After the optimization,smoking during processing was reduced and the processing property of the compound was improved.The physical properties and adhesion properties of the compound and performance of the finished tire were unchanged.The tire production cost was slightly reduced.
