      通过有限元仿真分析考察带束层角度对全钢载重子午线轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:随着带束层角度减小,轮胎刚性增大,下沉量减小,接地面积减小,有利于提高成品轮胎的强度性能;轮胎肩部剪切应力减小,生热降低,有利于提高成品轮胎的耐久性能。成品轮胎耐久性能和强度性能试验验证了有限元仿真分析结果。
英文摘要:
      In this study,the effect of belt angle on the performance of TBR tire was investigated via finite element analysis.It was found that when the belt angle decreased,the tire rigidity increased,tire deflection decreased,ground contact area decreased,and the strength performance of the finished tire was improved.Moreover,with the decrease of belt angle,the shear stress around tire shoulder decreased,the heat build-up was reduced,and the endurance performance of the finished tire was improved.The finite element simulation results were then confirmed by experimental testing of the endurance performance and strength performance of the finished tire.
