      研究白炭黑加工改质剂ATE-W在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:添加白炭黑加工改质剂ATE-W的胶料混炼能耗降低,门尼粘度减小,流动性提高;硫化胶分散性较好,拉断伸长率和撕裂强度较大,阿克隆磨耗量较小,生热较低,抗湿滑性能较好,滚动阻力较低;成品轮胎强度性能和耐久性能满足国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The application of silica modifier ATE-W in the tread compound of TBR tire was investigated in this study.The experimental test results showed that,with ATE-W,the energy consumption of compound mixing and Mooney viscosity of the compound were reduced,the flow property and dispersion of silica were improved,the elongation at break and tear strength of the vulcanizates increased,the Akron abrasion loss and heat build-up decreased,the wet skid resistance was good,and the rolling resistance was low.The strength and durability of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards.
