      分析钢丝圈、胎圈和轮辋等对轮胎装配嵌合压力的影响。钢丝圈直径与轮辋标定直径有很强的线性相关性;钢丝圈底部刚性越大,轮胎装配越困难;钢丝圈直径增大,嵌合压力减小;胎圈压缩变形性能好,轮胎装配性能好。
英文摘要:
      The effect of bead wire, bead and tire rim on the fitting pressure of tire assembly was analyzed. The bead diameter showed a strong linear correlation with the rim diameter. When the rigidity of the bottom part of the bead wire was high, the tire assembly process became difficult. When the diameter of the bead wire increased, the fitting pressure was reduced. Besides, better compression deformation capability of the tire bead was beneficial to the tire assembly process.
