      研究耐热助剂氧化镁和甲基丙烯酸镁(MMG)、助交联剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、N,N'-间亚苯基双马来酰亚胺(HVA-2)和硫黄对过氧化物硫化体系丁腈橡胶(NBR)耐热性能的影响。结果表明:氧化镁和MMG可以提高胶料的耐热性能,二者单用或并用的适合用量均为7~12份;助交联剂TAIC和HVA-2可以提高胶料的耐热性能,用量为1~2份较好;硫黄不适合用作过氧化物硫化的耐热NBR助交联剂。
英文摘要:
      The influence of heat resistant additives, curing co-agents and sulfur on the heat resistance of NBR was investigated in this study. The heat resistant additives were magnesium oxide and magnesium methacrylate (MMG), and the curing co-agents included triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC), N, N'- m-phenylene bismaleimide (HVA-2). The experimental results showed that, the heat resistance of NBR could be improved by addition of heat resistant additives and their blend, and the optimum addition level is 7~12 phr. It could also be improved by 1~2 phr of co-agent TAIC, or HVA-2. However, sulfur was not effective to improve the heat resistance of peroxide cured NBR.
