介绍8.25R16LT 16PR轻型全钢载重子午线轮胎的结构设计和施工设计。结构设计:外直径859 mm,断面宽度236 mm,胎圈着合直径403 mm,胎圈着合宽度176 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.063,行驶面宽度188 mm,胎面采用4条纵向曲折条形花纹,花纹饱和度68.11%。施工设计:胎体采用1层3+9+15×0.175+0.15NT钢丝帘线,带束层采用3层带束层(均采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线)结构;采用一次法成型机成型,双模蒸汽硫化机硫化。成品轮胎强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能较好,质量较小,成本较低。 |

The structure and construction design of 8.25R16LT 16PR all-steel LTR tire is introduced. In the structural design, the following parameters are taken: overall diameter 859 mm, cross sectional width 236 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 403 mm, bead width at rim seat 176 mm, maximum width position of cross section (H1/H2) 1.063, width of running surface 188 mm, 4 longitudinal zigzag stripe pattern, and pattern block percentage 68.11%. In the construction design, one layer of 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 NT steel cord is used in carcass ply, and three belt layers are constructed by using 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord. The tire is built on a single stage molding machine and cured on a dual-mold steam curing machine. The strength performance, endurance performance and high speed performance of the finished tire are excellent, the weight is lighter and the cost is lower. |
