中文摘要:
      探讨微观结构组成对乳聚集成橡胶(ESIBR)性能的影响。结果表明:随着分子结构中丁二烯含量增大,混炼胶的焦烧时间和正硫化时间延长,硫化胶拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和回弹值逐渐增大;分子结构组成中苯乙烯、异戊异烯和丁二烯质量比为 1∶1.3∶1.6的ESIBR物理性能和动态性能达到良好平衡。
英文摘要:
      The influence of monomer composition of the emulsion polymerized styrene-isoprene- butadiene terpolymer rubber (ESIBR) on its properties was investigated. The results showed that, with the increase of the butadiene content, the scorch time and optimum cure time was extended, the tensile strength, elongation at break,tear strength and resilience of the vulcanizates gradually increased. The balanced physical properties and dynamicmechanical properties of ESIBR were obtained when the mass ratio of styrene, isoprene and butadiene was1∶1.3∶1.6.
