| 分析热空气硫化硅橡胶电缆绝缘层和护套层起泡的原因及控制技术。以控制电缆内空气、水分和内外压力平衡为出发点，从硅橡胶性能、水分含量、混炼工艺和结构厚度，挤出模具，电缆结构设计以及温度方面着手，研究控制硅橡胶电缆产品起泡的技术要点和方法。通过多种控制技术的实施，有效解决了热空气硫化硅橡胶电缆绝缘层和护套层起泡的问题，提升了产品品质，降低了生产成本。 |

| The blistering reasons and control technology on insulating layer and sheath layer of hot air cured silicone rubber cable were analyzed.Starting from controlling the balance of air，moisture and internal and external pressure in the cable，the technical points of controlling the blistering of silicone rubber cable were studied from the aspects of silicone rubber properties，moisture content，mixing process and structure thickness，extrusion die，cable structure design and temperature.Through the implementation of various control technologies，the blistering problem of insulating layer and sheath layer of hot air cured silicone rubber cable was effectively solved，the product quality was improved，and the production cost was reduced. |
