| 研究进口重质环烷油V700和环烷油810在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明：重质环烷油V700的芳烃含量和运动粘度大，与极性橡胶相容性好，管道输送温度在70 ℃以上；与环烷油810胎侧胶相比，重质环烷油V700胎侧胶的门尼粘度、硫化特性、物理性能和耐疲劳性能相当；－20～＋70 ℃时的损耗因子略小；用重质环烷油V700胎侧胶试制的半钢子午线轮胎高速性能和耐久性能符合国家标准要求，环保性能好；重质环烷油V700性价比较高 |

| In this study，the application of imported heavy naphthenic oil V700 and naphthenic oil 810 in the sidewall compound of semi-steel radial tire was investigated.The aromatic content and kinematic viscosity of heavy naphthenic oil V700 were high，and heavy naphthenic oil V700 had good compatibility with polar rubber.The piping temperature for heavy naphthenic oil V700 was above 70 ℃.Compared with the sidewall compound with naphthenic oil 810，the sidewall compound with heavy naphthenic oil V700 possessed similar Mooney viscosity，curing characteristics，physical properties and fatigue resistance.However，the loss factor of the sidewall compound with heavy naphthenic oil V700 in the temperature range of －20～＋70 ℃ was lower.The high speed performance and endurance performance of the finished tire with heavy naphthenic oil V700 filled sidewall met the requirements of national standards，and environmental performance was good.This study showed that heavy naphthenic oil V700 had higher value of performance/cost ratio. |
