      介绍195/70R15 12PR全钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构参数:外直径 651 mm,断面宽 207 mm,行驶面宽度 150 mm,行驶面弧度高 6.7 mm,胎圈着合直径 379 mm,胎圈着合宽度 178 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.942 9, 胎面采用4条沟变节距纵向花纹设计,花纹块表面采用排水式钢片设计,花纹深度 8.5 mm,花纹饱和度 71.4%,花纹周节数 30。施工设计:胎面采用四复合设计,胎侧采用三复合挤出,1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.23HT钢丝帘线,2层冠带层采用电子预硫化1670dtex/2 DSP聚酯帘布0°缠绕,胎体采用3×0.22/9×0.20 CCHT钢丝帘线,采用二次法成型机冠包侧工艺成型,热板硫化机过热水硫化工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能、胎圈性能和接地印痕等均符合相应的设计和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 195/70R15 12PR all-steel radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 651 mm,cross-section width 207 mm,width of running surface  150 mm,arc hight of running surface 6.7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 379 mm,bead width at rim seat 178 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.942 9,4 grooves with variable pitch longitudinal pattern for tread,drainage type sipes on pattern blocks,pattern depth 8.5 mm,block/total ratio 71.4%,number of pattern pitches 30.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:four composite design for tread,three co-extrusion for sidewall,3+8× 0.23HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belts,2-layer crown ply using electronic pre-vulcanized 1670dtex/2 DSP polyester cord with 0° winding,3×0.22/9×0.20 CCHT steel cord for carcass,using two stage building machine to build tire with crown wrapping side process and hot plate vulcanization press to cure tire with superheated water vulcanization process.The performance test results of finished tires showed that the inflated peripheral dimenmion,strength,durability,high-speed performance,bead performance,grounding mark,and so on met the requirements of corresponding design and national standards.
