以295/80R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈结构的优化为例,分析了胎圈开裂的形式和原因,并提出改进方案。结果表明:通过优化无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈结构,使各部位材料分布更合理,可以提高胎圈的刚性和应力分布状况,从而提高胎圈的耐久性能并延长轮胎的使用寿命。 |

Taking the bead structure optimization of 295/80R22.5 tubeless truck and bus radial(TBR)tire as an example,the damage forms and the causes of bead crack were introduced,the improvement schemes were proposed.The results showed that by optimizing the bead structure of tubeless TBR tire,the material distribution of each part was more reasonable,the rigidity and stress distribution of bead could be improved,thus the durability of bead and the service life of tire could be prolonged. |
