      以205/55R16子午线轮胎为例,利用Hypermesh和Abaqus有限元分析软件建立模型,以单个花纹块为研究对象,选取行驶方向摩擦力作为纵向抓着性能的评价指标,通过正交试验分析花纹结构参数对其抓着性能的影响,并结合花纹块刚度分析结果对轮胎整体接地区域进行分析。结果表明:在不改变接地轮廓曲线和胎面胶参数的前提下,花纹块横沟侧壁角度对花纹块刚度和纵向抓着性能影响最大,纵沟侧壁角度和横沟深度的影响依次减小;随着花纹块横沟侧壁角度的减小,花纹块刚度降低,轮胎抓着力增大,可为提升轮胎抓着性能设计提供参考。

      The longitudinal grip of the tire determines the driving and braking performance of the vehicle, and the tread stiffness directly affects the grip performance of the tire. In this paper, taking 205/55R16 radial tire as an example, Hypermesh and Abaqus are used to build the model, and the correctness of the model is verified by ground pressure test. Taking a single pattern block as the research object, the friction force in the driving direction is selected as the evaluation index of the longitudinal grip performance, and the influence of pattern structure parameters on the grip performance is analyzed through orthogonal experiments. Based on the analysis results of block stiffness, the overall grounding area of the tire is analyzed to verify the correctness of the orthogonal test conclusion. The results show that the lateral groove angle of the block has the greatest influence on the longitudinal grip performance and stiffness of the tire, Taking 205/55R16 radial tire as an example,using Hypermesh and Abaqus finite element analysis software to establish the models,taking a single pattern block as the research object,selecting the friction in the driving direction as the evaluation index of the longitudinal grip performance,the influence of pattern structure parameters on its grip performance was analyzed through orthogonal test,and combining with the results of pattern block stiffness analysis,the overall contact area of tire was analyzed.The results showed that under the premise of unchanging the grounding profile curve and tread compound parameters,the side wall angle of the transverse groove of the pattern block had the greatest influence on the stiffness and longitudinal grip performance of the pattern block,and that of the side wall angle of the longitudinal groove and the depth of the transverse groove decreased in turn.As the side wall angle of the transverse groove of the pattern block decreased,the stiffness of the pattern block decreased,and the grip force of the tire increased,which could provide a reference for improving the grip performance design of the tire.
