      研究高导热硫化胶囊替代普通硫化胶囊在轮胎生产中的应用。结果表明:采用高导热硫化胶囊可以缩短轮胎硫化时间,提升硫化效率;以高导热硫化胶囊替代普通硫化胶囊,对轮胎整体硫化程度及关键部位胶料物理性能没有不良影响;可以大幅度减小硫化蒸汽消耗量,节能降耗效果明显。
英文摘要:
      The application of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules to replace ordinary vulcanization capsules in tire production was investigated.The results showed that the use of high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules could shorten the curing time of the tire and improve the curing efficiency.Using high thermal conductivity vulcanization capsules to replace ordinary vulcanization capsules had no adverse effect on the overall curing degree of the tire and the physical properties of the key parts compound,and it could greatly reduce the curing steam consumption and had obvious effect on energy saving and consumption reduction.
