| ：对比研究聚酯与锦纶66帘布在轿车轮胎冠带中的应用。结果表明：与锦纶66帘线相比，聚酯帘线应用于轿车轮胎冠带中性能稍差，需要进行改善；性能改善后聚酯帘线的断裂强力和断裂伸长率均低于锦纶66帘线，初始粘合性能好，但在过硫和受热老化条件下更易降低，定负荷伸长率随着温度的升高从明显低于锦纶66帘线到逐渐与其接近；性能改善后聚酯帘布应用于H速度级别轮胎冠带是安全的，高速性能及高速耐久性能优于企业标准要求，但会牺牲轮胎的部分高速均匀性。 |

| The application of polyester cord and nylon 66 cord in crown belt of passenger car tire was studied. The results showed that，compared with nylon 66 cord，polyester cord property was slightly worse，and needed to be improved when it was used in passenger car tire crown belt，the breaking strength and elongation at break of improved polyester cord were lower than those of nylon 66 cord，and the initial adhesion performance was good，but it was easier to decrease under the conditions of over vulcanization and thermal aging，and the constant load elongation was from obviously lower to nearly compared to nylon 66 cord with the rise of temperature.The improved polyester cord was safe to be used in H-speed rate tire crown belt，and its high-speed performance and high-speed durability were better than the requirements of enterprise standard，but it would sacrifice part of the high-speed uniformity of tire. |
