      以205/55R16半钢子午线轮胎为例,对轮胎静态接地印痕进行试验测量和有限元分析,研究充气压力和负荷对轮胎接地印痕的影响。结果表明,轮胎接地印痕半长和半宽在一定负荷下随充气压力的增大而减小,在一定充气压力下随负荷的增大而增大。根据一定充气压力下轮胎接地印痕半长随负荷变化的规律,得到标准充气压力240 kPa下轮胎接地印痕半长随负荷变化的计算公式。
英文摘要:
      Taking 205/55R16 steel-belted radial tire for example,based on the test and finite element analysis,the influence of inflation pressure and load on the tire static footprint was studied. The results showed that the half length and half width of the tire footprint decreased with the increase of the inflation pressure under a certain load,and increased with the increase of the load under a certain inflation pressure. According to the law that the half length of the tire footprint changed with the load under a certain inflation pressure,the calculation formula that the half length of the tire footprint changed with the load under the standard inflation pressure of 240 kPa was obtained.
