      从热氧老化和日光作用两个方面监测防老剂6PPD在轮胎胎侧胶停放过程中的变化情况。结果表明:防老剂6PPD在热氧环境中稳定,但在日光作用下会发生光致变色;胎侧胶中防老剂6PPD会优先于胶料与氧气发生化学反应,且反应产物可以阻止胶料进一步氧化;当防老剂6PPD用量为1份时,胶料的耐热氧老化性能优异。
英文摘要:
      The change of antioxidant 6PPD in the parking process of tire sidewall compound from thermal oxygen aging and sunlight effect was monitored.The results showed that the antioxidant 6PPD was stable in the thermal oxygen environment,but photochromism was occured under the sunlight effect.The antioxidant 6PPD in sidewall compound would take precedence over the chemical reaction between compound and oxygen and the reaction product could prevent further oxidation of compound.When the dosage of antioxidant 6PPD was 1 phr,the thermal oxygen aging resistance of the compound was excellent.
