中文摘要:
      对全路面起重机用445/95R25工程机械轮胎胎体和胎圈填充胶配方进行优化。结果表明:优化后胶料弹性提高、压缩生热和动态损耗因子减小;采用优化后胎体和胎圈填充胶配方生产的成品轮胎耐久时间延长至130 h,达到主机厂标准要求;高速性能满足欧洲经济委员会(ECE)关于F速度级别产品标准要求;成品轮胎路试无异常质量问题。
英文摘要:
      The carcass and bead filler formulas of 445/95R25 off-the-road tire for all terrain crane were optimized.The results showed that,after optimization,the elasticity of the compound was increased,the compression temperature rise and the dynamic loss factor were decreased.The endurance time of the finished tire produced by the optimized formula of carcass and bead filler was prolonged to 130 h,which met the requirement of the main engine factory standard.The high-speed performance met the requirements of Economic Commission for Europe(ECE)for F-speed products,and there was no abnormal quality problem in the road test of finished tires.
