Based on the analysis of tread base compound composition and physical performance test of 37.00R57 and 40.00R57 giant off-the-road radial tires,the tread base compound formula of our company""s giant off-the-road radial tire was optimized.The dynamic loss factors of newly developed semi-finished and finished compound were reduced by 37.9% and 26.6% respectively,and the mechanical properties of compound reached the level of competitive products.The TKPH of finished tire was increased by 13.6%. |
