      介绍T125/80R18 T型临时使用轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 655 mm,断面宽 135 mm,行驶面宽度 96 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 460.8 mm,胎圈着合宽度 127 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.97,花纹深度 3.2 mm,花纹饱和度 75.7%,花纹周节数 50。施工设计:胎面采用三方四块结构,带束层采用3×0.38ST钢丝帘线,胎体采用高模量低收缩聚酯浸胶帘线,采用二次法成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能、高速性能等均达到设计和相关标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on T125/80R18 T type passenger car radial tire for temporary usage was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 655 mm,cross-sectional width 135 mm,width of running surface 96 mm,arc height of running surface 7.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 460.8 mm,bead width at rim seat 127 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 0.97,pattern depth 3.2 mm,block/total ratio 75.7%,and number of pattern pitches 50.In construction design,the following processes were taken:tread with three-formula and four-piece construction,3×0.38ST steel cord for belt,high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord for carcass ply,and using two stage building machine to build tire and curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,bead unseating resistance,endurance performance and high speed performance reached the requirements of design and corresponding standards.
