| 新设计的钢丝圈预置器装置，将连杆机构张缩改用锥形体张缩，钢丝圈与胎体筒贴合鼓的同轴度由锥形体和直线导轨副定位，钢丝圈的张紧度可以通过限位螺杆进行调节，避免因张力过大导致钢丝圈变形。在不改变任何电气控制的条件下完成钢丝圈预置器的张缩。其结构有以下优点：
1、钢丝圈支撑臂由直线导轨副和锥形体定位，定位精度高，钢丝圈支撑臂不易变形，能有效保证钢丝圈与胎体贴合鼓的同轴度，防止钢丝圈因为与胎体筒贴合鼓不同轴而导致与胎体筒相撞，导致胎坯或者钢丝圈报废，确保胎体传递环钢丝圈吸附爪臂不会被撞坏；
2、不使用外部气缸，结构简单，减少泄漏点，节约维护成本；
3、钢丝圈支撑臂张缩的快慢可以通过单向节流阀进行调节；
4、钢丝圈支撑臂张开的松紧度可以通过限未调节螺栓进行调节，防止因钢圈支撑臂张开过大导致钢丝圈变形；
5、此钢丝圈预置器结构设计属于技术创新，在国内外轮胎成型机上首次使用。 |
