      试验研究BB430型密炼机混炼工艺对混炼效果的影响。结果表明,与传统混炼工艺相比,使用胶药炭同投或胶药炭油同投配以50~60 r·min-1的高速混炼工艺混炼的胶料物理性能相当或较优,分散性和加工性能较高,同时生产效率提高20%~27%。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the mixing process in BB430 mixer on the mixing result was investigated.The results showed that,compared with the traditional mixing process,by using high speed mixing process in which the rotor speed was 50~60 r·min-1 and feeding rubber,additives and carbon black(and oil,if any) at the same time,the physical properties of the compound was same or better,the filler dispersion and processing property were better,and the productivity was improved by 20%~27%.
