| this paper mainly introduces the Siemens SimotionD435, S120 and kunlun MCGS configuration software application in all steel radial tire two drums forming machine, using SimotionD435, S120 excellent characteristics in the aspect of servo motor control, servo drive system of speed and position control, complete tyre molding process of various precision requirements, realize the tyre molding; At the same time, domestic kunlun MCGS configuration software are used to achieve human-computer interaction modification operations, process parameters and real-time condition monitoring and diagnosis, improve equipment automation performance. |
