      研究硅烷改性液体聚丁二烯橡胶ST-E60(简称ST-E60)在冬季轿车轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与环保芳烃油(TDAE)相比,ST-E60的相对分子质量增大,硫含量减小,玻璃化转变温度降低;在冬季轿车轮胎胎面胶中以ST-E60等量替代TDAE,胶料的硫化特性相当,填料的分散性提高,硫化胶的300%定伸应力和回弹值增大,生热降低,耐磨性能提高;成品轮胎的高速和耐久性能达到国家标准要求,雪地抓着性能提高,抗湿滑性能相当,滚动阻力降低。
英文摘要:
      The application of silane-modified liquid polybutadiene rubber ST-E60(abbreviated as ST-E60) in the tread compound of winter passenger tire was studied.The results showed that compared with environmentally friendly aromatic oil(TDAE),the relative molecular weight of ST-E60 was increased,the sulfur content was decreased and glass transition temperature was lower.When ST-E60 was used as an equivalent substitute for TDAE in the tread compound of winter passenger tire,the vulcanization characteristics of the compound were comparable,the dispersion of filler improved,the 300% modulus and rebound value of the vulcanizate increased,while heat built-up decreased and wear resistance improved.The high-speed and durability performance of the finished tires met national standards,the snow grip performance improved,wet skid resistance was comparable and rolling resistance reduced.
