研究6种不同结构的胺类防老剂77PD(4030),7PPD(4050),TMPPD,DTPD(3100),6PPD(4020)和IPPD(4010NA)对胶料硫化特性的影响以及对橡胶的防护作用。结果表明:不同防老剂对胶料老化具有不同程度的抑制作用;不同防老剂在100 ℃条件下的最佳防护时间是24 h,在24~48 h老化进程加速,48 h后趋于平稳;防老剂4030和防老剂TMPPD的耐臭氧性能较差,防老剂4020的耐热氧老化、耐臭氧老化和耐紫外光变色性能均较佳;防老剂4010NA耐紫外光老化性能差,耐臭氧老化性能好。 |

The effects of six amine antioxidants with different structures,namely 77PD(4030),7PPD(4050),TMPPD,DTPD(3100),6PPD(4020)and IPPD(4010NA),on the vulcanization characteristics of rubber compounds and their protective effects on rubbers were studied.The results showed that different antioxidants had varying degrees of inhibitory effects on the aging of rubber compounds,the optimal protection time for different antioxidants at 100 ℃ was 24 h,the aging process accelerated between 24 and 48 h,and tended to be stable after 48 h.Antioxidant 4030 and antioxidant TMPPD had poor ozone resistance,antioxidant 4020 had good performance in terms of heat-oxygen aging resistance,ozone resistance and ultraviolet discoloration resistance; antioxidant 4010NA had poor ultraviolet aging resistance but good ozone aging resistance. |
