      分析载重子午线轮胎在混合路面重载工况下中后期肩空内漏丝问题产生的原因并提出相应的解决措施。载重子午线轮胎在高温、高气压、重载条件下长时间使用时,中后期出现肩部脱层,伴随出现对应胎里位置内漏丝现象,通过对失效轮胎进行切割分析发现轮胎肩下胎体层出现剥离,并存在胶料熔融现象,分析主要原因是高温条件下胎肩位置胶料生热剥离,同时重载大变形条件下胎里钢丝在复杂应力下从胶料抽出产生内漏丝现象,造成了重载工况下载重子午线轮胎出现肩空内漏丝失效,并通过调整配方,降低肩部生热,降低内漏丝肩空失效比例。
英文摘要:
      The causes of the shoulder delamination of truck and bus radial tires during the using middle and later stages on mixed road surfaces under heavy load conditions were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.The main causes of the shoulder delamination of the tire and accompaning cavity cords exposed were the heat build-up and peeling of the shoulder compound under high temperature conditions,and the extraction of cavity cords from the compound under complex stress under heavy load and large deformation conditions.By adopting measures such as optimizing the formula of shoulder pad compound and tread base compound,designing the width of the buffer layer reasonably,reducing the thickness of the tread base compound and the calendering thickness of the carcass cord,and strengthening process management control,the occurrence of congenital bubbles and uneven material distribution in finished tires could be avoided effectively,eliminating the hidden danger of the shoulder delamination of the tires.
