研究无机补强剂RC-15在半钢子午线轮胎过渡层胶中的应用。结果表明:在半钢子午线轮胎过渡层胶中使用20份无机补强剂RC-15替换10份炭黑N660,胶料的硫化速率减小,硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度和回弹值变化不大,耐老化性能提高;成品轮胎高速性能和耐久性能符合相应国家标准要求,且生产成本降低。 |

The application of inorganic reinforcing agent RC-15 in transition layer compound of steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that replacing 10 phr carbon black N660 with 20 phr inorganic reinforcing agent RC-15 in the transition layer compound,the curing rate of the compound was slowed,the hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and rebound value of the vulcanizate changed little,and the aging resistance was improved.The high speed performance and durability of the finished tires met the requirements of relevant national standards,and the production cost was reduced. |
