Taking the off-the-road radial tire as an example,the improvement of the vulcanization simulation accuracy of radial tire was studied.Firstly,a tire vulcanization simulation model was established.By adjusting material parameters,thickness of vulcanization capsule,initial temperature,boundary conditions and other factors,the model was repeatedly modified to improve a vulcanization simulation accuracy over 95% from the original 60%~70%. |
