Based on Abaqus finite element analysis software,the orthogonal experimental schemes for the outer contour parameters of 12R22.5 all-steel truck and bus radial tire was analyzed,and the optimal schemes were obtained.The optimal schemes were simulated and analyzed to select the running surface height of 4 mm,crown radius of 600 mm,and shoulder radius of 170 mm of tire as the optimum solution by comparing Mises stress,maximum strain energy density gradient,contact area,maximum contact pressure and other indicators. |
