      研究提高钢丝帘线强度的盘条合金化方法。现阶段提高碳含量、细化组织片层间距、增大总拉拔应变的钢丝帘线强化方式已经走到了工艺极限,通过盘条合金化可获得抗拉强度为1 287 MPa、面缩率为43.9%的C82D2Cr镀铜钢丝,其加工硬化效果优于C82D2钢丝,与C86D2钢丝有相同的水平。C82D2Cr镀铜钢丝可以满足2×0.30UT钢丝帘线的生产要求,具有较低的捻股断丝率。
英文摘要:
      The wire rod alloying method for improving the strength of steel cord was studied.At this stage,the methods including increasing the carbon content,refining the structure lamella and increasing the total drawing strain had reached the process limit.The copper-plated wire with 1 287 MPa tensile strength and 43.9% area reduction could be obtained through the wire rod alloying.The work hardening effect of C82D2Cr copper-plated wire was better than C82D2 copper-plated wire,and had the same level as C86D2 copper-plated wire.C82D2Cr copper-plated wire could meet the requirements for the production of 2×0.30UT steel cord and had a low breakage rate in twisting process.
