      对轮胎成型机在帘布传送过程中进行防拉伸改造。由于帘布在传送过程中前、中、后三段传送带由同一个电动机驱动,且电动机安装在前段,只能保证前段和中段传送带驱动辊筒转速一致,而使后段传送带速度总是比中段和前段慢,造成帘布拉伸。另外,由于辊筒表面与传送带的相对磨损,二者之间的摩擦因数逐渐减小,产生相对滑动的距离增大,造成帘布拉伸严重。将电动机由前段改装到后段后,帘布传送拉伸率由2.85%~4.51%降至0.70%以下,达到生产工艺要求,对提高成品轮胎的质量有很大的帮助。

      The anti-stretching modification of tire buiding machine during cord conveying was carried out.Because the front,middle and rear section conveyor belts were driven by the same motor and the motor was installed in the front section,the rotation speed of the driving roller of the front section and the middle section conveyor belts could only be ensured to be the same,but the speed of the rear section conveyor belt was always slower than that of the middle section and the front section to result in the cord extension.In addition,due to the relative wear between the roller surface and the conveyor belt,the friction coefficient between them gradually decreased,and the relative sliding distance increased,resulting in serious cord tension.After the motor was refitted from the front section to the rear section,the tensile ratio of the cord was reduced from 2.85%~4.51% to less than 0.70%,which met the requirements of the production process and was of great help to improve the quality of the finished tire.
