      研究锌离子络合物低锌硫化活性剂DH78(简称DH78)在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:DH78的硫化活性作用明显优于氧化锌,但不能完全取代氧化锌的模量增强作用;与只添加氧化锌的胶料相比,DH78替代50%~60%氧化锌胶料的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性能总体提高;由于氧化锌减量,胶料密度减小,胶料成本有所降低;由于DH78的硫化活性作用较强,胶料焦烧时间缩短,必要时可添加适量防焦剂。
英文摘要:
      The application of zinc ion complex low zinc vulcanization activator DH78(DH78 for short) in tread compound of tire was studied.The results showed that the vulcanization activity of DH78 was significantly better than that of zinc oxide,but it could not completely replace the modulus enhancement of zinc oxide.Compared with the compound only filled with zinc oxide,the compound filled with 50%~60% zinc oxide replaced by DH78 could improve the modulus at 300% elongation,tensile strength,tear strength and wear resistance.Due to the reduction of zinc oxide,the density and cost of compound decreased.Due to the strong vulcanization activity of DH78,the scorch time of compound was shortened,and an appropriate amount of anti-scorching agent could be added if necessary.
