      在比较目前主要的冬季轮胎雪地抓着系数测试方法的基础上,针对北美市场的相关测试要求,研究了胎面胶硬度、花纹周节数、花纹横沟角度和雪面条件对轮胎雪地抓着系数的影响。结果表明,降低胎面胶硬度、增加花纹周节数、减小花纹横沟角度和雪地压实指数可以提高轮胎雪地抓着系数,但这些设计参数调整需要兼顾轮胎耐磨性能、噪声、操控性能和滚动阻力等性能。
英文摘要:
      Based on a comparison of current primary snow grip index testing methods for winter tires,the influence of tread compound hardness,pattern pitches number,pattern lateral groove angle and snow surface conditions on tire snow grip index was examined,in accordance with relevant testing requirements for the North American market.The results indicated that reducing tread compound hardness,increasing pattern pitches number,and decreasing pattern lateral groove angle and compacted snow trcation index could enhance the snow grip index.However,adjusting those design parameters required balancing wear resistance,noise,handling performance,and rolling resistance of tires.
