      介绍275/80R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 006 mm,断面宽 270 mm,行驶面宽 215 mm,行驶面弧高 6 mm,胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 220 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.948 7,胎面采用4条纵向主花纹沟设计,花纹深度 15 mm,花纹饱和度 75.4%,花纹周节数 53。施工设计:胎面采用胎面胶和小翼胶复合结构,带束层采用3层带束层+0°带束层结构,1#和2#带束层采用4+3×0.33ST钢丝帘线,3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求
英文摘要:
      The design of 275/80R22.5 tubless all-steel truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 006 mm,cross-section width 270 mm,width of running surface 215 mm,arc height of running surface 6 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 220 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.948 7, adopting 4 longitudinal main grooves design for tread,pattern depth 15 mm,block/total ratio 75.4%,and number of pattern pitches 53.In the construction design,the following parameters were taken:adopting complex structure of tread compound and small-wing compound for tread,using three-layer belts and 0° belt structure,using 4+3×0.33ST steel cord for 1# and 2# belts,using 5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt,using 3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt,using 3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord for carcass,using one-stage building machine to build tires and dual-mold press to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,durability and high speed performance all met the corresponding design and national standards
