      轮胎花纹设计是影响轮胎性能的关键因素之一,其角度和形式直接决定了轮胎的刚性、抓地力、耐磨性及噪声特性。本文通过分析不同花纹角度及形式的力学特性,探讨其对轮胎刚性和抓地力的作用机制,并结合分析数据提出优化设计建议。研究结果可为高性能轮胎开发提供理论依据。在测试分析花纹对轮胎性能影响的基础上,建立不同几何特征花纹块的刚度计算模型,采用仿真分析软件对模型进行对比分析,预测花纹形式对轮胎刚度的影响,探讨花纹角度和形式对轮胎刚度和抓着力的作用机理,并结合分析数据提出优化设计建议。研究结果可为高性能轮胎开发提供理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Based on testing and analyzing the impact of tread patterns on tire performance,a stiffness calculation model for tread blocks with different geometric features was established.Simulation analysis software was used to conduct comparative analysis of the model,predict the influence of tread patterns on tire stiffness,and explore the mechanisms by which the pattern angle and form affected tire stiffness and grip.Optimization design suggestions were proposed based on the analysis data.The findings could provide a theoretical basis for the development of high-performance tires.
