      介绍205/55R16 91H中欧地区冬季乘用车轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径　630 mm，断面宽　224 mm，行驶面宽度　168 mm，行驶面弧度高　8.5 mm，胎圈着合直径　403.8 mm，胎圈着合宽度　182.9 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）　0.923，采用单导向V形胎面花纹，花纹深度　8.6 mm，花纹饱和度　66.3%，花纹周节数　72。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，带束层采用2层1×3×0.28ST钢丝帘线，冠带层采用1400dtex/2锦纶66帘布，胎体采用1层1440dtex/2 DSP聚酯帘布，采用一次法成型机成型、双模液压硫化机硫化。成品性能测试结果表明，轮胎的外缘尺寸、高速性能、雪地性能、直线水漂性能、湿地性能和干地性能均达到欧洲标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 205/55R16 91h winter passenger car tires in central Europe was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter　630 mm，cross-section width　224 mm，width of running surface　168 mm，arc height of running surface　8.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat　403.8 mm，bead width at rim seat　182.9 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2）　0.923，adopting a single guide V shape tread pattern，pattern depth　8.6 mm，block/total ratio　66.3%，and number of pattern pitches　72.In the construction design，the following parameters were taken：adopting three-formula and four-piece structure for tread，two-layers of 1×3×0.28ST steel cord for belt，1400dtex/2 nylon 66 cord fabric for crown ply，one-layer of 1440dtex/2 DSP polyester cord fabric for carcas，using one-stage building machine to build tires and double mold hydraulic press to cure tires.The finished tire performance test results showed that the peripheral dimension，high-speed performance，snow performance，straight-line aquaplaning performance，wet performance and dry performance all met the requirements of European standards.
