| 研究防老剂4030和TMPPD在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明:防老剂4030和TMPPD的加入会对胶料的硫化速度有一定影响;对胶料的物理性能影响不大,耐老化性能和耐疲劳性能改善;添加防老剂4030的胶料的耐臭氧性能有所改善,喷霜现象无明显改善;添加防老剂TMPPD的胶料的耐臭氧性能变差,喷霜现象明显改善。 |

| The application of antioxidant 4030 and TMPPD in the sidewall compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tires were studied.The results showed that the addition of antioxidant 4030 and TMPPD had a certain impact on the vulcanization rate of the compound,but had little effect on the physical properties,while the aging resistance and fatigue resistance were improved.The ozone resistance of the compound using 4030 was improved to some extent,but there was no significant improvement in the blooming phenomenon.The ozone resistance of the compound filled with antioxidant TMPPD deteriorated,while the blooming phenomenon of the compound was significantly improved. |
